The Evangelical School Berlin-Mitte (ESBM) is a primary school for children between the ages of 6 and 12 in the centre of Berlin.The school’s ethos is based on the democratic participation of pupils in decision making, Montessori-educational theory, project work, the inclusion of parents and a common responsibility shaped by Christian values. We attach particular importance to inclusion in our school (meaning the integration of pupils with learning difficulties or disabilities) as well as to open and friendly cooperation. We participated in a COMENIUS project a few years ago and would like to either start a new project ourselves or join one as a partner in 2013 (a multilateral school partnership). We will be supported by parents with experience in EU-Project management during the application process. If your school would like to take part in a COMENIUS project or is looking for a German partner, we would be delighted to hear from you! We are able to draw up an application ourselves, but could also just function as a partner.
