Our Sollingschule is an open-minded German secondary school with approximately 400 students who are taught by 43 teachers. The city of Uslar is located in the Solling forest, which is close to Goettingen in southern Lower Saxony. We are surrounded by beautiful landscapes and farming lands and have many opportunities at hand to explore nature.We are looking for a school to start an English-speaking student- exchange program with. Concerning the cooperation, we thought students could get in touch via e-mail or webcam and present the places where they live, their hobbies and different lifestyles and cultures. However, since this would be our first cooperation with another school, we would be incredibly happy to exchange ideas with you about the further development and, if possible, we would be delighted to realize school visits in class 9. Since real exchange is complicated in times of pandemic, we would also be interested in starting a virtual exchange that would help our students developing their English skills.
